In my first (and only) iPhone development class, I was was really eager to to use every single element from this sweet beginner’s book, Begin ning iPhone Development. Hence, I whipped one up based on the New York Times series, Then and Now. Users are presented with a photo based their location (1). They can flip back and forth between and a recent and older pic of the same area (2). Bouns feature! Users can also upload photos they take using the app (3). It is then matched up with a similarly-tagged image form an earlier date (4). Results are umm less desirable than the NYT version… but you get the idea.
